Journals using the Elpub platform (https://elpub.ru/) have an opportunity to post reviews of articles in the public domain during issue publication process.

By default, reviews are available for reading and use only by reviewers and editors within the system, however, if journal editors wish and with the consent of a reviewer, documents can be placed in the public domain.

To open reviews, send a request to Elpub Support.

Before implementing the practice of posting reviews in open access, we recommend to revise and update a journal peer-review policy and specify in which cases reviews can be opened and how the anonymity of reviewers is maintained.
